We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Asian Project Management Team—whether you are an experienced technical expert or a junior talent eager to learn — to take on the role of Project Manager / Product Engineer (for less experience).

Your Responsibilities: 

1. Manage projects for new product development in cooperation with regional OEM/ODM suppliers.
2. Drive the expansion of our product portfolio from concept to market launch.
3. Provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary project teams.
4. Define and manage project requirements, including product suitability evaluations.
5. Plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
6. Support product-related topics during mass production.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Your Profile 

For experienced candidate:- 

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
2. At least 5+ years of proven experience in project management and product development within manufacturing.
3. Familiarity with OEM/ODM collaboration and international environments.
4. Strong decision-making, solution-oriented mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking.

For less experienced candidate:-

1. Technical degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Initial experience or strong interest in project management and product development.
3. Eagerness to learn and grow in a global organization.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

General Requirements: 

1. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
2. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
3. Knowledge of garden or power tools is a plus.

Job Summary

The Brand & Market Intelligence Specialist supports ZAMA Group by delivering reliable market intelligence, structured customers, and competitor insight, managing corporate branding related activities and online content.  Provide analytical research with practical marketing support, ensuring that market data, customer interaction learnings, and event insights are collected, interpreted, and communicated in a thorough, precise, and transparent manner.

In addition, the role contributes to the consistency and professionalism of ZAMA’s company image by managing brand related activities and materials, as well as online content.

The Brand & Market Intelligence Specialist is expected to work with accuracy, openness, and sustainability in mind, providing clear recommendations, maintaining organized databases and tools, and supporting a neat and consistent presentation of ZAMA both internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build, maintain, and update market intelligence profiles and databases using RASI (Research, Analysis, Summary, and Insights).
2. Conduct market research on competitors, customers, product segments, and relevant economic developments affecting ZAMA.
3. Analyze market trends and translate findings into specific, actionable recommendations.
4. Develop and maintain tools and databases for customer interaction tracking and analysis.
5. Review and summarize customer interaction data to identify patterns, opportunities, and business implications.
6. Support maintenance and customization of sales materials, company profiles, and related marketing documents.
7. Research expos and conferences, maintaining a database of relevant events and recommendations on attendance, participation type, and delegate profiles.
8. Support expo and conference preparation, including booth design coordination, procurement follow-up, installation planning, and marketing logistics
9. Coordinate post-expo debrief processes, including collection, organization, and tracking of market and customer information gathered.
10. Help maintain and apply ZAMA brand guidelines.
11. Support website design updates, content maintenance/distribution, and overall brand consistency across channels.
12. Collaborate openly with internal stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback to improve marketing outputs and business support.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Additional coursework or certification in market research, data analysis, branding, digital marketing, or business intelligence is an advantage.
3. Min. 5 years relevant experience in brand, marketing, or communications, preferably within industrial technical or manufacturing sectors.
4. Experience supporting sales and marketing materials in a business-to-business environment.
5. Experience in optimizing and managing SEO and SEM strategies
6. Strong market research and analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
7. Attentive to details, good numerical sense and well organized.
8. Good team player with excellent communications and people management skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing).  Practical experience in SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
10. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
11. Professional, neat, and structured approach to work, with a mindset for continuous improvement.

<Responsibilities>

• Create and develop electrical connector designs that meet specification requirements.
• Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations, such as UL, IEC, and RoHS, while maintaining adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Lead design reviews and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
• Analyze test data, identify potential risks and recommend design improvements to the development team.
• Work closely, remotely or on site via business trips, with an international engineering and manufacturing team to ensure seamless realization of electrical connectors
• Participate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ISO, IPC, etc.

<Qualifications>

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing electrical connectors and related components.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering principles and connector technology.
• Experience in connector design for signal and power wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications.
• Proven successful project completion and product design from concept to production in previous employment.
• Analytical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving methodology
• Ability to work in cross-functional team environment
• Willingness to travel to Philippines/Japan
• Proficiency in CAD software (ZUKEN, Creo, etc.)
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English. TOEIC 750 and above

<Job Summary>

As a Control Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and validating control systems for fuel management systems and electric motor products. You will collaborate closely with customers and application engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions. You will take technical ownership of control functions, guide design decisions, and support the team from concept to production.

<Key Responsibilities>

• Lead the design and development of control algorithms for gasoline fuel injection systems and electric motor drives.
• Define control concepts, system requirements, and control architecture.
• Take technical ownership of control functions from concept through production.
• Plan and lead calibration, tuning, and optimization activities.
• Lead MIL, SIL, and HIL testing and support system integration on ECUs and equipment.
• Analyze test data and drive performance, efficiency, and robustness improvements.
• Support root cause analysis and technical problem solving.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
• Execute tasks in alignment with established engineering processes.
• Implement departmental and management decisions and objectives.

<Qualifications and Experience>

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in control system development.
