Resposibilities:<\/h6>\n

  1. Administration and execution of Maintenance program of Zama Philippines.<\/li>\n
  2. Efficient operation of Facility equipment and building.<\/li>\n
  3. Compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements on machine, building and EHS operations.<\/li>\n
  4. Emergency readiness and enforcement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    > Specific duties and responsibilities (maximum 10)<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Organize and oversee the implementation of operation and maintenance program relative to repair, corrective and periodic maintenance of machine and building, including but not limited to provision of spare parts, tools, records of monitoring\u2019s, evaluation and analysis, corrective-preventive actions, external support and budget spending.<\/li>\n
    2. Lead the team in achieving objectives and performance review. Drives necessary action steps to satisfying requirements. <\/li>\n
    3. Coordinate with other areas relative to his job or objectives disposal.<\/li>\n
    4. Administer and motivates all reporting personnel; pursue appraisal, coaching, counseling and communication among subordinates. Follow-up DA process during any infractions. <\/li>\n
    5. Ensures that all section personnel are fully trained and assessed in Plant Safety and Operational procedures.<\/li>\n
    6. Review and pre-approve contracts and performance of out-source services and contractors.<\/li>\n
    7. Direct and provide initial level decisions during emergency situations.<\/li>\n
    8. Drives updating of documentations, instructions, reports and other documents.<\/li>\n
    9. Sets implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance Records throughout the section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      > Formal education \/ course of study<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. BS in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred BSME, BSEE<\/li>\n
      2. Registered Engineer by PRC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a0<\/p>\n

        > Professional experience (years, function)<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Minimum 3-years\u2019 experience in well-rounded Maintenance role (proficiency if Building and Facility or Equipment Maintenance shall be in accordance to requirement).<\/li>\n
        2. With demonstrated knowledge of applicable machine (and building) operations and maintenance.<\/li>\n
        3. Experience on similar industry setting is preferred.<\/li>\n
        4. (for Facility and Building proficiency) Experience on FM Global, PEZA and EHS process is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a0<\/p>\n

          >Specialized knowledge and skills<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

            \n
          1. Documentation and presentation skills.<\/li>\n
          2. Knowledge on the implementation of ISO 9001-2015 is preferred.<\/li>\n
          3. Knowledge on regulations PEZA,DENR, DOLE, OSHA, FM Global and other trade certifications is a plus.<\/li>\n
          4. Knowledge on project and task handling; programs and timeline development. Knowledge in MS Project is an advantage. <\/li>\n
          5. Analytical skills to determine root cause analysis (knowledge on 8D and FMEA is a plus).<\/li>\n
          6. Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a facilitator for work teams.<\/li>\n
          7.
