  1. Provide technical support in daily production operation.<\/li>\n
  2. Ensure all production equipment’s normal operation<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure that all spare equipment are ready for production<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    >Specific duties and responsibilities (maximum 10)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    1. Ensure that all equipment safety features are working and in place as necessary.<\/li>\n
    2. Assist and provide technical support to production.<\/li>\n
    3. Setup equipment in within target time. Provide machine improvement ideas. <\/li>\n
    4. Ensure that change-over of equipment to be used from one model to another is within allowable time of <30 mins.<\/li>\n
    5. Ensure that all equipment that contains\/uses chemicals is always maintained and free of leaks.<\/li>\n
    6. Maintain and clean production equipment in a regular basis.<\/li>\n
    7. Ensure that equipment parameters are correctly used for every equipment and model it will be used on.<\/li>\n
    8. Train operators in correct operation of the machine.<\/li>\n
    9. Perform regular 5S check<\/li>\n
    10. Safety hazard troubleshooting<\/li>\n
    11. Submit daily reports regarding machine issues encountered including corrective and preventive actions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Qualifications:<\/h6>\n

      > Formal education \/ course of study<\/p>\n

      Graduate of at least a Technical\/ Vocational Course or Higher<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      > Professional experience (years, function)<\/p>\n

        1. At least 3 years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing company in the same field<\/li>\n
        2. Good communication ability<\/li>\n
        3. Ability to grasp machine operating principle<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          > Specialized knowledge and skills<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Can interpret PLC ladder diagrams with its corresponding components and functions.<\/li>\n
          2. Good in machine troubleshooting until component levels.<\/li>\n
          3. Can interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.<\/li>\n
          4. Can use correct maintenance tools.<\/li>\n
          5. Can interpret electronic gauges, dials, and other indicators.<\/li>\n
          6. Should have analytical thinking to solve machine and production issues.<\/li>\n
          7. Good attention to details.<\/li>\n
          8.
