Resposibilities:<\/h6>\n

  1. Supervise the QC Inspectors to check product according to the relevant standards<\/li>\n
  2. Coach and train QC inspectors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    > Main aim of job<\/p>\n

    Make sure the assembled carburetor meet the product requirement, prevent NG products outflow<\/p>\n

    > Specific duties and responsibilities (maximum 10)<\/p>\n

    1. Ensure that all assembled carburetors meet the quality standards.<\/li>\n
    2. Monitoring and ensuring that all quality activities (sampling, checking) are being done on time.<\/li>\n
    3. Provide instructions and monitor’s QC inspector activities and performance.<\/li>\n
    4. Analyze inspections results and provide feedback to concern department.<\/li>\n
    5. Check and preserve the carburetor\u2019s checking record<\/li>\n
    6. Perform regular production line audit to ensure that all processes are in accordance with the work instructions.<\/li>\n
    7. Problem investigation and control for the NG products<\/li>\n
    8. Create and monitor NG notifications.<\/li>\n
    9. Provide quality improvement activities\/project.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      Qualifications:<\/h6>\n
      Formal education \/ course of study<\/h6>\n

      >Graduate of at least a Technical\/ Vocational Course or Higher<\/p>\n

      Professional experience (years, function)<\/p>\n

      >At least 3 years people handling experience<\/p>\n

      >Good communication ability<\/p>\n

      >Ability to lead a quality oriented people<\/p>\n

      >Ability to operate PC and good in report creation<\/p>\n

      Specialized knowledge and skills<\/h6>\n

      >Good quality consciousness and judging ability<\/p>\n

      >Good at using measuring instrument<\/p>\n

      >Understand product drawing and able to distinguish which are critical parts.<\/p>\n

      >Good in understanding product function principle.<\/p>\n
