Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences. <\/li>\n<li>You shall be responsible for sourcing suitable textile supply manufactures including trims, functional fabric, and related commodities for ZAMA Group Philippine plant.<\/li>\n<li>You will be reporting directly to Purchasing Senior Department Manager when it comes to job duties. Travel and leave applications will be approved by disciplinary supervisor located in HK. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you will be tasked with \/ Main Responsibilities<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and source new suppliers for responsible textile related commodities.<\/li>\n<li>Implement purchasing and related company guideline\/procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Manage RFx and maintain close communications with the team incl. but not limited to Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) and material planner to make sourcing decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and conduct responsible supplier life-cycle management including supplier audit and release, supplier evaluation, supplier risk management with cross functional representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate contract negotiation process, take care of commercial clause finalization and coordinate other cross functional representatives to complete other clause conclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on cost change, analyse change reason and market trend, provide reasonable solution for cost saving and optimization and manage the progress to meet target.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate any matters in related to procurement including cost, quality and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce improvement measures for suppliers to obtain continuous development process, support cost optimization and negotiation activities for continuous cost improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Support new product development, involve supplier to bring any other possible technologies proposal to supply chain management as well as R&#038;D for introducing product technical concept.<\/li>\n<li> Other tasks assigned by the Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you need \/ Requirements<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li> Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business, Materials\/Operations Management, Engineering or related discipline<\/li>\n<li> Min. 5 years of experience in textile industry; focus on functional textile and other related accessories<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with global major manufactures of functional textile and related products.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the market rules and distribution channels in different regions for best partner awarding and cooperation<\/li>\n<li> Equipped with good experience of commodity market with technical knowledge incl. but not limited to specifications, categories, competitors or alternatives <\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Good at supplier development in terms of risks assessment, lead time and cost improvement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With good technical skills and business acumen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong negotiation and communication as well as analytical skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fluent in English, good command of Mandarin<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiar with SAP system is definitely an advantage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Willing to travel (mainly inside ASEAN region and to Mainland China)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>Your organizational interfaces<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be part of a purchase team in various locations<\/li>\n<li>You will be integrated into a worldwide purchasing organization with interfaces to quality, logistic and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you get<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li> Multinational Manufacturing Company<\/li>\n<li>13-month salary + discretion bonus<\/li>\n<li>Medical, dental, travel insurance coverage<\/li>\n<li>Flexible-working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties, please email updated resume with your current and expected salary to the Human Resources Department (ide.wong@zamacorp.com).
