The job includes the tasks below: Act as central key contact for suppliers regarding quality related topics. Be responsible of supplier quality risk management, supplier evaluation and development. To provide related support to ensure break down of strategy on operational level. Managing OEM suppliers and sub-assemblies process control of electronics commodities. To ensure achievement of requirements in related to suppliers performance, products, processes and sustainability. You will be integrated into the existing Quality of our company and will be reporting directly to the Director of Quality Hub of Asia<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you will be tasked with \/ Main Responsibilities<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>To conduct supplier potential analysis and evaluation for matching projected supplier portfolio from commodity strategy<\/li>\n<li>To support in carrying out supplier quality audit<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate supplier on-boarding\/re-qualification\/evaluation\/development\/phase-out<\/li>\n<li>To support in negotiating of quality related agreements with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for risk analysis and mitigation actions.<\/li>\n<li>Act proactively in classification of suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Execution of APQP on parts level with supplier; incl. process approval on a timely basis <\/li>\n<li>Contribution of supplier specific requirements to the quality strategy of commodity<\/li>\n<li>To assist in handling shipment approval<\/li>\n<li>Participate in supplier decision and coordination of supplier escalation procedures<\/li>\n<li>To perform ad hoc job task as and when assigned by manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What you need \/ Requirements<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5+ years of hands on experience in supplier quality mechanical components including; stamping, machining, sintering, rubber and plastic etc. as well as OEM products commodities (assembly &#038; accessories)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possessed with VDA 6.3 certified auditor qualification is expected but not a must<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipped with solid experience of garden product\/forestry industry is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong negotiation and communication as well as analytical skills<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With good technical background in supplier quality engineering<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good command of both speaking and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiar with SAP system is a plus<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Willing to travel (mainly inside ASEAN region and to Mainland China)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>Your organizational interfaces<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be part of a QA team in various locations<\/li>\n<li>You will be integrated into a worldwide QA organization with interfaces to quality, logistic and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you get<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Multinational Manufacturing Company<\/li>\n<li>13-month salary + discretion bonus<\/li>\n<li>Medical, dental, travel insurance coverage<\/li>\n<li>Flexible-working hours and home office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties, please email updated resume with your current and expected salary to the Human Resources Department (ide.wong@zamacorp.com).
