Be responsible of supplier quality risk management, supplier evaluation and development. To lead quality related support to ensure break down of strategy on operational level. Managing the OEM supplier, assembly of completed products as well as sub-assembles process control. To ensure achievement of requirements in related to suppliers performance, products, processes and sustainability. You will be integrated into the existing Quality of our company and will be reporting directly to the Director of Quality Hub of Asia    <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you will be tasked with \/ Main Responsibilities<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of OEM and component supplier approval audit, re-qualification audit, specification review, APQP, PAP, risk assessment as well as initiation of countermeasures.<\/li>\n<li>To support in negotiation and conclusion of quality maintenance and logistic agreement.<\/li>\n<li>To provide professional advice in classification of suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Steering of supplier development in quality focus by using escalation scenario. Take care of further development of manufacturing processes, technology and quality system. <\/li>\n<li>To coordinate supplier onboarding and process evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>To support or lead defect management and the local SQE.<\/li>\n<li>To assure compliance and conformance of processing parameters to the agreed standards.<\/li>\n<li>Handle shipment approval<\/li>\n<li>Formulate supplier specific requirements to the quality strategy of the commodity.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in supplier decision and coordination of supplier escalation procedures.<\/li>\n<li>To perform ad hoc job task as and when assigned by the manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you need \/ Requirements<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Master and\/or Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in a supplier QA\/QC role, handling electronics components of motor \/ PCB assembly \/ chargers \/ battery pack products as well as OEM products commodities; with a good understanding in manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Possessed with VDA 6.3 certified auditor.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in garden product\/forestry industry is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and communication as well as analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both speaking and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.<\/li>\n<li>With good technical skills and business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with SAP system is definitely an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Willing \/ prepared to travel (mainly inside ASEAN region and to Mainland China).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>Your organizational interfaces<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be part of a QA team in various locations<\/li>\n<li>You will be integrated into a worldwide QA organization with interfaces to quality, logistic and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>What you get<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Multinational Manufacturing Company<\/li>\n<li>13-month salary + discretion bonus<\/li>\n<li>Medical, dental, travel insurance coverage<\/li>\n<li>Flexible-working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties, please email updated resume with your current and expected salary to the Human Resources Department (ide.wong@zamacorp.com).
