We are looking for a Design Engineer for Electrical Connectors and Wire Harnesses to join our team. If you are someone who enjoys working in a new environment and is looking for career growth, this is the position for you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and develop electrical connector designs that meet specification requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations, such as UL, IEC, and RoHS, while maintaining adherence to quality and safety guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Lead design reviews and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze test data, identify potential risks and recommend design improvements to the development team.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely, remotely or on site via business trips, with an international engineering and manufacturing team to ensure seamless realization of electrical connectors<\/li>\n<li>Participate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ISO, IPC, etc.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M.S. in Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing electrical connectors and related components.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in electrical engineering principles and connector technology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in connector design for signal and power wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications.<\/li>\n<li>Proven successful project completion and product design from concept to production in previous employment.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving methodology<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in cross-functional team environment<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to Philippines\/Japan<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CAD software (ZUKEN, Creo, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
